If Cell City Inc. (we) has your product in stock, we will email you a shipping notice confirming that the items have been shipped and are on the way to you. In-stock orders normally ship within 2 business days of placing your order.

Out-of-stock orders will ship once the item is back in stock. we will email you a shipping notice confirming that the items have been shipped. How fast you will receive the product depends on the shipping method and shipping Address you have chosen.

We Cell City Inc. reserve the right at any time to cancel, reject, or correct any order for any reason. If the price of any item you order was incorrectly (by mistake) displayed on our Web Site, we will provide you with an opportunity to place an order at the correct price.

Any data or information that you may have stored on the device shall remain your sole responsibility and we accept no liability for loss or corruption of such data howsoever caused. It is your responsibility to keep a backup of any data.

  • Software related issues
  • Faults not relating to the original repair done
  • Loss of data (please backup your device before getting repaired)
  • Our warranty is void if a Customer device is opened or a repair is done on the device by a different company after our repair.
